JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for interesting people to join a dynamic team of happy and talented humans. There are too many computers and too few carbon based life forms doing the work. If you are a supercharged new business sales person who understands how to build a pipeline and close new business, then this position will tick your boxes. 

Experience in selling software solutions is required as the role includes carrying out full lifecycle sales across different software solutions, and for you to hit the ground running. The position is very customer-focused so a love for working with people will be satisfied.

Additional requirements and soft skills needed: 

  • self-motivated and energetic
  • well organized
  • good communication and relationship building skills internally and externally to the business
  • the ability to identify business opportunities and follow a sales methodology that unpacks value and closes deals
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
  • Results driven to bring in the bacon!
  • Bachelor's degree would be given preference
  • 5+ years new business sales experience
  • ERP sales experience preferred
  • Track record with references
