New Business Development Executive

SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity to start a new sales division and to work alongside the National Sales Manager doing research and opening new doors to extend this companies already highly successful business offering. Our client requires your successful sales track record of minimum three years experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

3 – 5 Years’ experience in sales sourcing new business opportunities

A client base within the FMCG, manufacturing sector will be advantageous

Ability to research and find the right opportunities and new clients to call on

Confident and well spoken in both English and Afrikaans

Team player

Self-managed taking full ownership of your functions and achieving the required results

Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport

DUTIES:

Sourcing and analysing new opportunities

Contacting companies and setting up appointments for new business opportunities

Starting a new customer portfolio as an extension of current business plan

Research on relevant companies and making contacts

Confidently portraying the benefits of what the company has to offer

Setting up of appointments 

Qualifying customers needs

Attending meetings with your Sales Manager and Mentor

Managing quotations

Follow up calls with clients visited

Closely working with leads and managing details on the CRM system

General administration required within the sales department

After service sales and continually growing relationships

Salary: R dependent on experience
