JOB DESCRIPTION:

Well established company is looking for Sales Executives who will focus on new business development in the tyre manufacturing industry.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Min of 5 years sales/new business development experience
  • Hunter ability - must be able to hunt for new business
  • Target driven with a track record of sales achievement 
  • Prospecting and closing ability
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong customer service ability

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Mainly in charge of driving business as well as producing their own business
  • Designing strategies for junior developers to implement
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
