New Business Development Manager

SUMMARY:
A specialist provider of contact centre, customer experience and enterprise communication solutions is looking for a dynamic New Business Development Manager.
 
This role will be responsible for owning and driving new business sales across the company’s product range. They will work closely with the sales manager to win new deals and build market share.
 
A high level of expertise in regards to contact centre and unified collaboration sales lifecycles, strategies and approaches are required. A hunter approach to new deals and targets is key for success in this role.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- 3-year Degree/Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology/Engineering or Telecommunications - Advantageous
- Grade 12 (NQF Level4)
- Clear understanding of the sales lifecycle and sales strategy
- Demonstrated experience in the Contact Centre and UC industry
- Have a good understanding of business processes
- Able to deep dive into customer needs analysis for solution design
- General knowledge of ICT, infrastructure, cloud and contact centre concepts
