SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for New Business Development in the TES Blue Collar recruitment arena in the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years solution sales experience of which at least 5 years must be from a TES Blue Collar sales environment
  • Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act
  • New Business Development and Operations Management experience within the Petrochemical, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing and FMCG sectors
  • Successful candidates must have a proven network of clients within their respective regions
  • Recruitment and Selection experience
  • Strategic high-volume TES project implementation and execution skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of skills required for successful and profitable bulk projects execution, ensuring competitive advantage and order secured
  • Proven sales track record, dealing directly with critical stakeholders
  • Computer literate - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Second language will be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
  • Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure

Duties:

  • Client Relationship Management, building on existing relationships that will ensure lateral development of business opportunities
  • Ensuring achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly financial targets as set by TES General Manager
  • Networking to ensure reliable and sustainable client database
  • Cold calling / Lead generation in line with set targets
  • Meeting with clients on a daily basis in line with set targets
  • Providing customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
  • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently and timeously
  • Ability to negotiate rates / service fees
  • Prepare and present quotations to clients and follow up to close deals
  • Conduct detailed research on clients prior to meetings to optimise on opportunity and networking
  • Maintain exceptional on-site delivery
