SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for New Business Development in the TES Blue Collar recruitment arena in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years solution sales experience of which at least 5 years must be from a TES Blue Collar sales environment
Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act
New Business Development and Operations Management experience within the Petrochemical, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing and FMCG sectors
Successful candidates must have a proven network of clients within their respective regions
Recruitment and Selection experience
Strategic high-volume TES project implementation and execution skills
Knowledge and understanding of skills required for successful and profitable bulk projects execution, ensuring competitive advantage and order secured
Proven sales track record, dealing directly with critical stakeholders
Computer literate - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Second language will be an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure

Duties:

Client Relationship Management, building on existing relationships that will ensure lateral development of business opportunities
Ensuring achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly financial targets as set by TES General Manager
Networking to ensure reliable and sustainable client database
Cold calling / Lead generation in line with set targets
Meeting with clients on a daily basis in line with set targets
Providing customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently and timeously
Ability to negotiate rates / service fees
Prepare and present quotations to clients and follow up to close deals
Conduct detailed research on clients prior to meetings to optimise on opportunity and networking
Maintain exceptional on-site delivery
