JOB SUMMARY:
New Development Marketing and Sales Agent Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

New Development Marketing and Sales Agent will be based at our Bryanston Head Office.

Luxury home builder company with a 52 year track record in the construction industry.

R15 000 plus 1.5% commission on building contracts concluded

Not negotiable criteria:

Must have off plan luxury home sales experience (R4 500 000 and above) Proven track record
Own reliable transport

Experience / Qualification

Minimum 5 to 10 years sales experience with new development sales. The Sales Agent must have previous experience in selling vacant land and building packages for luxury homes in order to qualify for this position. We do not sell existing homes.

The Marketing and Sales Agent must be able to read plans and quote clients on a new project.

The Marketing Manager must have an in dept understanding of all social media platforms and be able to liaise with the marketing company appointed to do all the design work.

Ensure monthly sales targets are met.

Assisting client with finance applications and structuring deals.

Excellent command of English (reading and writing) any other language will be an advantage

Well presented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, work and outlook)

Superior client service skills

Own reliable transport

Working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Sundays 11am to 5pm

Good administrative skills. Attention to detail when signing contracts with clients, collecting the necessary FICA documents, follow up on deposit payment and bond grants etc.

Weekly sales report preparation

Qualifications

- Grade 12

- Diploma / Degree in Marketing

- Proven track record
