New Vehicle Sales Executive – Premium Dealership

Location: Cape Town
Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 basic per month (depending on experience) + lucrative commission (average earning potential of R30,000 – R40,000 per month)
An established franchised motor dealership is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its high-performing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for vehicle sales, customer service, and digital lead generation.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Valid South African Code 8 driver's licence. Proven used vehicle sales experience within a franchised dealership. Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets. Strong networking, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Experience using dealership management systems and CRM platforms. CMS and Autobird experience will be advantageous. Computer literate with strong social media and digital marketing skills. Key Responsibilities: Sell new vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to delivery and after-sales follow-up. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Promote vehicle stock through social media and online marketing. Maintain accurate sales documentation and comply with dealership policies. Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to overall dealership success
