New Vehicle & Motorrad Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, a premium automotive dealership in Polokwane, is seeking an experienced and results-driven New Car & Motorrad Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance across both departments, achieving and exceeding departmental targets, managing and developing the sales team, maximising profitability and ensuring an exceptional premium customer experience.

POSITION INFO:
Description: Lead, manage and motivate the New Car and Motorrad Sales teams to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both the New Vehicle and Motorrad departments. Monitor individual and departmental sales performance against targets. Drive new vehicle and motorcycle sales through effective prospecting, lead management and customer engagement. Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry and prospecting through to vehicle\/motorcycle delivery. Monitor sales activities, conversion rates, units sold, gross profit and overall departmental performance. Coach, mentor and develop Sales Executives to improve individual and team performance. Manage sales forecasts, targets, incentives and performance reporting across both departments. Ensure effective stock management and product knowledge across the New Car department. Requirements: Grade 12 \/ Senior Certificate. Valid Driver's Licence. Computer literate with good MS Office skills. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager within the automotive industry. Proven experience managing and achieving vehicle sales targets. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong understanding of dealership sales processes, gross profit and sales performance management. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Strong commercial and business acumen.
