A well-established automotive dealership in Tzaneen is looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead its sales department and oversee a high-performing team. This role will focus on driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the new vehicle sales department and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
• Lead, guide, and support the sales team to maximise performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
• Provide regular reporting on departmental results to senior management.

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and customer service abilities.
• Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
