POSITION INFO:

New Vehicle Sales Executive

Reporting to: Dealer Principle
Seniority Level: 2-5 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

Matric
3 years experience in automotive sales management, especially in new vehicles department
Experience working in a franchised dealership environment
Must have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team
Excellent negotiation, closing skills and customer relationship management

Qualifications: Grade 12

Skills: Communication, Leadership skills, Motivational skills, Negotiation skills, Closing skills, Customer relationship management
