SUMMARY:
A leading automotive dealership in Pretoria is seeking an experienced and driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow its new vehicle sales division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving profitability, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards within a premium dealership environment.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Lead and manage the new vehicle sales department
Drive monthly sales performance and profitability targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor sales activities and ensure target achievement
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
Oversee vehicle stock management and showroom presentation
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Analyse market trends and competitor activity
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Certificate
Valid South African driver’s license
Computer literate (MS Office Suite and dealership systems)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in motor vehicle sales management
Proven experience within a premium or luxury automotive brand environment
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
