SUMMARY:
Our client, a reputable automotive dealership based in Bedfordview, is seeking an experienced and results-driven New Car Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new vehicle sales, driving dealership performance and achieving monthly sales targets across the Stellantis and Tata vehicle brands.

POSITION INFO:
Description: Manage and oversee the new vehicle sales department. Drive sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved. Sell and promote Stellantis and Tata vehicle ranges. Achieve a monthly sales target of approximately 15-20 units. Lead, motivate and support the sales team to maximise performance. Monitor individual sales targets, commission structures and incentive performance. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities and generate additional sales. Manage the sales process from initial customer enquiry through to vehicle delivery. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in new vehicle sales management within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of dealership sales operations and targets. Previous experience managing and motivating a sales team. Knowledge of vehicle sales processes, finance and insurance procedures. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Target-driven, energetic and commercially minded. Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results. Knowledge of Stellantis and\/or Tata brands would be advantageous.
