POSITION INFO:
A well-established organisation based in Sandton is looking to appoint a newly qualified CA(SA) who is eager to transition into the commercial space. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with no post-articles commercial experience, who is keen to gain broad exposure and build a strong foundation across finance and business operations.
This role offers hands-on exposure to core commercial finance functions, working closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams. You’ll gain practical experience across reporting, analysis, and decision support, with the flexibility to grow your career in an industry that aligns with your interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
- Assist with management accounts and financial analysis
- Analyse budgets, forecasts, and variances
- Support cash flow reporting and working capital management
- Assist with financial modelling and ad hoc commercial analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
Requirements:- Newly qualified CA(SA)
- No post-articles commercial experience required
- Strong technical accounting foundation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
