Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to Bond Registrations a must (any bank)

-Computer literate in Ghost Convey

-Stable employment record

-Contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

-Must reside in or near Northcliff

Duties:

-Drafting of Bond Registration documents

-Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents

-Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office

-General conveyancing duties

Salary: R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross (depending on experience)
