The Norwegian speaking Order Support Specialist in Cape Town, South Africa will include will liaise with partners and provide direction for issue resolution in order to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues – achieving quick customer satisfaction. You’ll perform investigations which will lead to decisions which will impact relations with customers and partners. This job will require you to have a high detailed level for record keeping is and Customer phone and email outreach is necessary to relay issue resolution, providing timely updates when investigating, and when to restore the relationship.

Requirements

Requirements for this Norwegian speaking Order Support Specialist job in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Native or Fluent in Norwegian + good level of English is mandatory
• Experience providing customer service via multiple contact channels (phone, e-mail, live chat, face-to-face, written correspondence, etc.) is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong administration and organization skills
• Very good analytical skills, productivity/service reports
• Very good IT skills
