Our client is looking to employ a Genuine Parts Administrator and Telesales professional with Marine and Motorcycle parts and accessory experience to join their After-Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Parts - Marine and Motorcycle, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual passionate about automotive parts, customer service, and operational excellence.

Role of the Parts Administrator & Telesales is to provide comprehensive support to dealers and internal teams by managing parts orders, responding to queries, processing invoicing and credits, and ensuring accurate stock administration. The role combines administrative excellence with customer-facing telesales support to deliver outstanding service and operational efficiency.

Remuneration:
R 22 000 – R 28 000, depending on experience and including 13th cheque

POSITION INFO:
Duties include

Analyse dealer back orders daily, weekly, and monthly.
Prepare dealer orders for approval and process emergency orders to satisfy customer backorders.
Respond to dealer queries, parts creation, and system decoding within the same day.
Identify and interpret parts requirements and customer information needs.
Assist with accounts administration, internal and external invoicing, and credit requests.
Process claims for returned parts and accessories.
Manage stock procurement for local suppliers, including costing and unpacking lists.
Monitor and report potential obsolescence.
Generate dealer orders and quotations, including for export clients.
Assist with monthly reporting, system data extraction, and Excel-based analysis.
Perform general parts and accessories administration duties.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
3–5 years’ experience in the automotive, marine, or motorcycle parts and accessories industry.
Basic administrative experience an advantage.
Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities beyond the role.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and methodical work approach.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Proficient in IT systems and general office software.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Analytical thinking and practical orientation.
Strong ethics, values, and resilience.
Flexibility, initiative, and self-reliance.
Acceptance of diverse cultures and frustration tolerance.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Occasional local travel may be required.
Own reliable mode of transportation.
