POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Customer Care, specifically within the Automotive Industry
Automotive OEM Level experience will be highly advantageous
Diploma in Customer Service | Communications or similar essential
Strong proficiency in MS Office including Excel
Proven experience in management of Customer Enquiries and Complaints | Dealer Escalations | Customer Case Management Systems | CSI and Customer Feedback Monitoring | CPA and OEM Compliance
Strong written and verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

Market Related Cost to Company, negotiable based on experience
