SUMMARY:
A leading industrial company is looking for a skilled O&M Technical Support Technician to join their team in their Elandsfontein, Gauteng facility.

POSITION INFO:
Non-Negotiable Requirements

3 Phase Installation Electrician qualification
3–5 years’ experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, SAP/ERP, and job-specific systems)
Proven knowledge of production, engineering, sales, and marketing processes
Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities

Deliver reliable technical support with minimal disruptions and high uptime
Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis (RCA), providing reports per case
Provide proactive technical updates and resolve issues within SLA
Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules
Reduce equipment downtime through structured maintenance planning
Ensure compliance with ISO maintenance standards, HSE regulations, and audits
Maintain accurate compliance records and achieve high audit scores
Resolve customer queries within SLA, ensuring high satisfaction and reduced complaints
Support lab, storeman, and remote monitoring team members
