SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and performance in collections? We are seeking an experienced Manager of Collections and ECM Strategy to lead the development and optimization of our collections function. This role is pivotal in shaping and expanding strategies to align with business goals, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and continual enhancement of the collections function, in alignment with business goals.
Build and manage forecasting tools and collections scorecards; and review and analyze monthly performance metrics.
Collaborate with BI and data teams to ensure accurate and actionable AWS dashboard reporting within active collections.
Redesign and innovate collections strategies to improve outcomes.
Provide insights and guidance on behavioural linguistics models to support collections optimization.
Oversee and manage the implementation of credit models in partnership with key business functions.
Monitor and deploy analytical models tailored to improve the performance of the collections environment.
Drive and manage cross-functional projects both on-site and remotely, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
Support Collections Analysts by offering strategic and technical mentorship, while fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in collections strategy, data analytics, or credit risk management.
Strong understanding of forecasting, scorecards, and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with data tools and dashboards, preferably AWS and BI tools.
Ability to manage and execute multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented approach.
Familiarity with behavioural science applications in collections is a strong advantage.
