SUMMARY:
We're Hiring: Senior Analysts in ECM & Strategy.

POSITION INFO:
Are you a seasoned expert in credit collections, ready to turn data into action and strategy into performance? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Analyst who brings 6+ years of hands-on experience in credit collections and a passion for solving complex problems using data.

In this role, you won’t just be crunching numbers—you’ll be helping shape how we drive collections performance across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the design and roll-out of predictive models across the credit lifecycle, with a strong focus on collections.
Dive deep into portfolio data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
Build and refine monthly collections targets, scorecards, and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with data, BI, and strategy teams to deliver clear, action-oriented dashboards.
Guide and mentor Junior Analysts, contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven team culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

A Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically in credit collections, credit risk strategy, or data analytics roles.
Strong command of SQL (a must). Bonus points for experience with R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
A sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into practical strategies that improve performance.
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys making a tangible impact.
