Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to bridge strategy and hands-on delivery within their Business Platforms environment. The role focuses on ERP, integrations, data platforms, and AI, playing a key part in modernising finance and operations across 11 SSA markets. You will lead ERP initiatives, support system integrations, and drive data, automation, and AI capabilities within a dynamic, evolving technology landscape.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
ERP & Finance Systems

• Support full lifecycle ERP implementations – from requirements analysis through to post-go-live support
• Configure and optimise finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting)
• Map and streamline information flows between ERP and business systems
• Identify inefficiencies and re-engineer processes to reduce manual effort
• Assist with ERP migration initiatives (e.g., NAV 2016 to modern platforms)

• Design and maintain API-driven integrations across enterprise platforms, including ERP, Workday, Sage Payroll, Salesforce/HubSpot, ServiceNow, and media systems
• Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Troubleshoot and resolve data flow and integration challenges

• Build and support Microsoft Fabric pipelines and structured reporting frameworks
• Work with Azure data services (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse)
• Enable robust Power BI reporting across Finance, HR, and Operations
• Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards

• Contribute to AI initiatives leveraging Azure OpenAI and Copilot
• Implement workflow automation using Power Automate and Logic Apps
• Enhance data readiness for advanced analytics and AI use cases

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (B.Com Finance advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ERP environments
• Proven experience delivering at least one full ERP implementation
• Strong understanding of finance-focused ERP modules
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills
• Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking capabilities
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
