ONBOARDING ANALYST

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Coordinate and manage administrative activities relating to client onboarding projects. Collect, consolidate, process, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support the successful implementation of client onboarding initiatives within agreed timelines. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution. Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address potential issues or delays. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the client experience. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process. Assist with additional project-related and administrative duties as required. Minimum Requirements Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing, administrative, project coordination, or account management environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
