JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Hospitality Industry is Looking for an Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Empower and manage the office and warehouse team
Manage and improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Manage client relations and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients
Manage cash flow, ensuring debtors and creditors' accounts are within terms
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Maintain the "Online Sales" platform, ensuring accurate stocking policy and timely marketing updates
Plan the shipment of the store projects from US to meet the timelines of new store openings in SA
Manage the day-to-day logistic, building strong partnerships with our freight agents.
Develop internal relations with our International team
Provide support and input to Sales and external clients
Develop strong customer relations and ensure the efficient internal operations are supporting a very high level of customer service
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability and meet KPI's
