SUMMARY:
Manage national cargo operations, customer experience, and pet lounge to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective service delivery.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Business Management/Administration (NQF 7)
Code 10 driver’s licence + own transport
3–5 years cargo/logistics experience at an international airport
Minimum 3 years in a management role
Knowledge of BCEA, IRA, and EEA
Willing to travel and work extended hours

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cargo operations and customer service delivery
Manage stakeholder relationships and SLAs
Handle complaints, claims, and service improvements
Lead and develop teams (performance, discipline, training)
Ensure compliance with aviation, safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor reporting, audits, and operational performance (OTP, discrepancies)
Manage budgets, assets, billing, and revenue opportunities
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
