SUMMARY:
A specialist role focused on improving organisational effectiveness through structure design, workforce planning, talent management, and HR analytics. The role partners with leadership teams to optimise organisational structures, improve role clarity, support succession planning, and drive data-driven decision-making to enhance overall business performance. This includes overseeing and supporting organisational design and workforce structures across approximately ±100 branches.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, or organisational development
- Experience overseeing or managing organisational structures across large multi-site or multi-branch environments (±100 branches)
- Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI advantageous)
- Experience with organisational restructuring and succession planning
- Knowledge of job evaluation, role analysis, and workforce planning frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and influencing skills
- Experience with KPI implementation, talent reviews, and change management
