ð Join Our Team as a Mid-Level Odoo Application Consultant – Based in Marlboro (Onsite).

POSITION INFO:
Are you passionate about ERP solutions and bridging the gap between business and technology? We’re seeking a Mid-Level Odoo Application Consultant to drive smooth end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in translating business needs into functional Odoo configurations, working across diverse industries.

â Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
2–4 years’ experience as an Odoo Consultant or in ERP implementation roles
Odoo functional certifications (advantageous)

â Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Case Management, Workflow, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and Manufacturing)
Proven ability to gather requirements, prepare functional specs, and deliver ERP solutions
Ability to configure workflows, approval routes, and module parameters
Solid understanding of business processes across one or more industries
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advantageous:
- Experience with Odoo Studio or low-code configuration tools
- Basic knowledge of XML or Python
- Familiarity with South African VAT, payroll, or regulatory requirements

â Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):

Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes
Translate business needs into functional specifications and Odoo configurations
Configure both standard and custom Odoo modules
Customize workflows, approval chains, and business rules
Support data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
Deliver user training, manuals, and post-implementation support
Collaborate with Developers on customizations and validation
Stay updated on Odoo enhancements and best practices
