SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Office & Accounts Receivable Manager for a permanent role based in Alberton, Gauteng, for a candidate that is available for an immediate start.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with 5+ years related experience in finance & administration
Pastel and MS Office experience essential
Strong working knowledge of accounts, debtors & creditors
Insurance system experience (advantageous)
Candidate must be available immediately
General office admin experience
Proficient in age analysis and following up to get invoices paid
Proficient in crediting stock
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Willing to work Saturdays if required
Fluency in both English and Afrikaans required

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Sending invoices and managing excess payments
Managing the debtors and creditors
Following up on outstanding payments
General office administration support
General HR duties / assistance

Salary: Market related
