SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established and highly respected business based in the Randburg area, is seeking a proactive and professional Office Administrator to join their close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a varied role and taking ownership of administrative functions within a small business environment.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to the Director. The role requires an individual who is highly organised, able to work independently, and confident in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally Provide administrative and personal assistant support to the Director Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports and administrative documents. Process invoices and assist with debtors administration and account follow-ups Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, placing orders, and liaising with suppliers Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and manual. Capture, update, and maintain records and company databases Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diary management when required Assist with general office correspondence and document preparation Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and within deadlines Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner Skills & Experience: MS Suite Office management Qualification: Diploma Or Certificate Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
