SUMMARY:
If you are highly organised with a strong interest in social media and digital marketing, apply for this position and provide general administrative support while assisting with the company’s online presence.

POSITION INFO:
DUTIES Administration Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team. Capture and maintain accurate information on internal systems and databases. Assist with filing, document preparation, data capturing and record keeping. Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets and presentations. Assist with email correspondence and general office administration. Coordinate and maintain digital and physical records. Provide support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Social Media & Digital Marketing Assist with managing and updating the company's LinkedIn profile and company page . Create, schedule and publish engaging LinkedIn content. Assist with monitoring LinkedIn activity, engagement and enquiries. Research relevant industry content, trends and topics for social media. Assist with creating basic social media content, including posts, images and promotional material. Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Assist with setting up, monitoring and updating Google Ads campaigns . Monitor basic Google Ads performance, including clicks, impressions and enquiries. Compile basic social media and Google Ads performance reports. Assist with keyword research and identifying opportunities to improve online REQUIREMENTS Minimum Matric At least 1 year work experience Own Transport and Driver's License Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans\/English) Attention to detail Social Media, design and copywriting skills Understanding of branding and marketing Social media skills SALARY The proposed salary for the role is R12k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
