JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Office maintenance
  • Grocery orders and management
  • Stationary orders and management
  • Office quotes and purchases
  • Storeroom management
  • Flower orders
  • Company vehicle management (company car calendar, license renewals, fines etc)
  • Postage
  • Courier
  • Filing and shredding
  • Asset counts
  • Assisting with function arrangements and purchases
  • Petty cash management
  • Relieve reception when required
  • HR credit card summary
  • Training register management
  • Skills development data capturing
  • Time and attendance sheet completion
  • BEE audit data collection
  • Traveling for post collection, general purchases etc.
  • Gift Deliveries to clients
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
  • Clear criminal and ITC record
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Good computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Regular Driver
  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Beneficial
