The candidate will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in fulfilling responsibilities that include bookkeeping and accounting, investment administration, regulatory compliance support, personal assistant functions and client liaison.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Office Administrator – Cape Town CBD

The candidate will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in fulfilling responsibilities that include bookkeeping and accounting, investment administration, regulatory compliance support, personal assistant functions and client liaison.

Requirements:
Grade 12 with a University Undergraduate Degree or Diploma
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Min of 5 years in a similar role
Full Bookkeeping function
PA duties
Candidates from Financial Services or Asset Management industry will be given preference
MS Excel Intermediate
Sage Accounting and Sage Payroll
Dropbox
