POSITION INFO:
This junior role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised, and being part of a team that supports customers through their design and building journeys. Duties \/ Key Responsibilities Provide general office administration support Assist the sales team with customer enquiries, quotes, and order processing Maintain accurate records, documents, and customer information Coordinate daily office tasks and support smooth operations Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, and in person Assist with sales and customer service activities Build product knowledge within the tile, décor, and building industry Requirements 1-3 years' general office administration experience Fluent in English and Afrikaans Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with customers and supporting a sales team Interest in décor, design, architecture, or building products would be advantageous Basic computer literacy and administration skills Education Grade 12 \/ Matric required Additional administration, sales, or design-related training would be beneficial Soft Skills Organised and reliable Friendly, professional, and confident with customers Keen to learn and grow Takes initiative and enjoys being hands-on Team player with good judgement and a positive attitude Salary If you're confident that you fit the role, let's chat!
