SUMMARY:
Are you a “Jack (or Jill) of all trades” who enjoys varied responsibilities? In this role, you will be the administrative support person in a small, but busy office.

This will give you exposure to different departments within the company, from Marketing to Fleet Management, on a small and manageable scale.

They are a team-oriented group and are looking for a like-minded individual to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric, or similar
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Computer literate in MS Office (outlook, Excel, Word)
CRM system experience advantageous
Fluent in Afrikaans and English

DUTIES

Answer all incoming calls and transfer to relevant person
Welcoming visitors
Welcoming and assisting new staff
Assisting colleagues and CEO as and when needed
Complete tender documents
Maintaining and updating client information
Communicate with recruitment agency with regards to vacant positions
Monitor daily attendance
Share adverts on social media platforms
Create quarterly email campaigns
Order office consumables (stationery, coffee etc)
Advise on any office maintenance required
Fleet monitoring and vehicle inspection for license renewal, servicing etc
Plan and organize team-building events twice a year

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
