POSITION INFO:

Office Facility Manager

Centurion

Requirements:
• Matric essential. Technical/facilities qualification is an advantage.
• 1–3 years experience in facilities, maintenance, or office support.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Basic electrical/plumbing/building system knowledge.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate; own transport required.

Responsibilities:
• Handle daily office maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance staff.
• Do regular inspections and arrange repairs or replacements.
• Manage maintenance requests and ensure quick turnaround.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all health, safety, and building regulations are followed.
• Assist with small renovations and office moves.
• Liaise with external service providers (plumbers, electricians, security, etc.).
