Our client, a Global Strategic Management Consulting firm is looking to hire a dynamic Office Manager who will also serve the role of receptionist to the Cape Town Office. The individual will support the management of reception and all office management duties.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Front line reception duties
• Client liaison
• Setting up and arranging of meetings
• Ordering office supplies including stationery
• Organization and management of office space
• Routine office maintenance ensuring all equipment is functional
• Arranging of office events, socials and meetings with associated catering and set up
• Event management with liaison with company suppliers, sources, venues and transport
• Monthly expense claims
• Monthly Credit Card recons
• Managing all queries received
• Coordination of courier services
• Monitor and coordinate expense claims
• Travel support, both local and international, for assigned teams
• Generation of correspondence as well as responding to emails
• Administration support to assigned stakeholders
• Support with bid pack compilations and submissions
• Support with recruitment arrangements, interview packs and onboarding
• Employee reward and gifting

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• NQF level 5 qualification or equivalent
• 3 Years’ experience as office administrator/personal assistant/office manager
• 3 years’ experience in office reception, coordination and management
• Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential!
