POSITION INFO:

Catherine Chambers Physio and Pilates is looking for a full-time (6/7 hrs/day) administrator to work as an Office Manager & PA (Mon to Fri).

Daily tasks would include general admin, making appointment bookings for the physiotherapists and booking of Pilates class clients, replying to emails, taking payments and phone calls, dealing with the clients and suppliers, invoicing and sending client statements. Monthly tasks would include supplier payments, salary calculations and drawing up a monthly newsletter.

To start as soon as possible for handover and teaching.
