POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, maintain files, manage office supplies, and ensure a professional, organized office environment. Manage invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, process basic financial transactions, and coordinate with our accounting department. Coordinate schedules, plan transport\/delivery logistics, and ensure efficient workflow and timing for operations. Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Continuously evaluate, implement, and improve office systems and administrative processes to boost efficiency.
