POSITION INFO:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - Multi Site DC's Area: Durban Salary: Market Related Our client, a leading multi-site distribution and supply chain operation, is seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across its Distribution Centre network. This is a senior, hands-on HR leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site operational environment and wants to make a real impact on people strategy, compliance and workforce planning. Providing strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple Distribution Centres, partnering closely with DC leadership to align people priorities with business objectives. You'll lead an HR team and take ownership of everything from workforce planning and employee relations to compliance, talent management and HR reporting. Key Responsibilities Provide HR leadership and business partnership across the DC network Lead workforce planning, resourcing and TES labour management Manage employee relations, disciplinary and CCMA matters Ensure compliance with the LRA, BCEA, EEA, COIDA, SDA and UIF legislation Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning Champion culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives Oversee HR operations, systems, reporting and process improvement Lead HR projects and change management initiatives Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the CCMA, bargaining councils and benefit providers What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous) Minimum 8 years' progressive HR experience, with management-level exposure Proven experience leading HR in a multi-site, operational or high-volume environment (FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, distribution or QSR preferred) Strong grounding in South African labour legislation, employee relations and CCMA processes Experience managing TES providers and labour cost\/utilisation Confident engaging with senior operational stakeholders Strong MS Office skills; HRIS and reporting\/dashboard exposure advantageous Ability to travel between sites as required If you're a seasoned HR professional ready to lead people strategy across a dynamic, multi-site operation, we'd love to hear from you.
