We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Office Manager \/ Accountant to oversee the financial and operational functions of a dynamic property business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys balancing finance, administration, and office management while contributing to the overall success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee the company's financial management, accounting, and reporting functions. Manage budgets, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial controls. Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with annual financial statements and audits. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Oversee office operations, administration, and support functions. Manage suppliers, service providers, contracts, and general office resources. Support business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. Lead and mentor administrative and finance staff while driving operational efficiencies. Minimum Requirements CA(SA) qualification or a recognised Accounting qualification. Previous experience in an Office Manager, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Experience within the property industry will be advantageous. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
