SUMMARY:
A unique hospitality network is looking for an OFFICE MANAGER / EXECUTIVE ASSITANT to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional with a passion for hospitality and sustainability. They thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-driven mindset. With strong communication abilities, they can seamlessly manage executive schedules, coordinate administrative operations, and liaise with various stakeholders. Adaptable and resourceful, they take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute positively to the company’s mission of conservation and community upliftment. A genuine enthusiasm for travel and African tourism would make them an even greater asset to the team

Candidate Requirements:

Tourism Industry knowledge would be highly beneficial.
Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document handling.
Handling confidential communications and correspondence.
Provide direct support to executives, managing calendars, travel, and strategic meetings focused on hospitality and conservation.
Assist with fundraising, partnerships, and marketing efforts that align with responsible tourism values.
