Rare Half-Day Opportunity! Office Professional– The Willows, Pretoria

Our client, a respected professional organisation based in The Willows, Pretoria, is looking for a meticulous Office Professional to join their team. This is a half-day position, starting 1 August (or as negotiated) – truly a gem that doesn’t come around often!

If you’re a polished, well-presented office professional who thrives in a structured, professional environment, this is for you.

What you’ll do:

Manage office administration and operational support (stationery, facilities, mail, petty cash, supplier coordination)
Provide friendly and efficient reception and enquiry services
Support the Executive Director with diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and board admin
Help coordinate meetings and events, ensuring smooth logistics
Maintain records, prepare documents, and keep things running like clockwork

What you bring:

Matric (administrative or secretarial qualification is a plus)
5+ years of office administration experience
Professional English communication skills
Strong MS Office skills
A flair for staying organised, multitasking, and working with utmost discretion

What’s on offer:

Half-day working hours (07:30 - 13:00)

Basic salary (Between R14 000 - R16 000 per month depending on your experience)
