JOB DESCRIPTION:

Onboarding Specialist (POS331)

Somerset West

Job Purpose:

Onboarding specialists assist new and existing customers with complex integrations and migrations of their web applications

Requirements

Grade 12
Financial qualification would be a bonus
Experience in Property Rentals would be an advantage and or
Experience in training or education would be an advantage
Fully bilingual
Extrovert
Above average communication skills
Patience
Excellent administrator
Organized
Be professional

Responsibilities:

Responsible for solving customers cases through a variety of customer contact channels which include telephone, emails, and online meetings.
Data migration of our client information from a previous financial system onto our financial system
Build client relationships while assisting them with queries
Updating system training documents
System training via zoom to ensure that customer users have adequate basic, intermediate, and advance system knowledge
