The Purpose of the Job:

• As the Online campaign specialist, you will be responsible for the support of marketing programs including channel support tactics, as well as all other E-Commerce activities to achieve company objectives.
• To help manage the majority of the administrative tasks as well as provide the necessary day-to-day and project support to all team members. Managing all marketing related campaigns across digital platforms.
• To promote superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and sales by strategically utilizing all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. This is achieved through optimizing content so that it is engaging on social media channels and by promoting the brands by also providing support to current and prospective players.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of gaming products and services.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing.
• Good knowledge of social media networks.
• Advanced Excel skills are a must as is the ability to manage and manipulate large data sets and tables.
• Skills and experience turning disparate data sets into cohesive integrated reports with clear and compelling data visualization.
• Able to draw deep insights out of data and communicate findings in clear and concise terms to and uncover the "whys" as well as the "what''s".
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem- Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• Problem solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree MUST HAVE.
• Marketing qualification preferred.
• Excellence with Excel and other Analytics tools.
• Matric/ Grade 12.
• Own reliable Transport.
• Clear Criminal record.
• Digital marketing experience, preferably within an Ecommerce business.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• 3 - 5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 3 - 4 years’ experience managing third party service.
• Providers or business partners.
