Online Quality Controller

SUMMARY:
To monitor all online production, laboratory analysis, and operations to ensure that the final product output is within specification and safe for consumption.

POSITION INFO:
Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 \/ Matric. Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food & Nutrition, or Analytical Chemistry . 2-3 years' relevant experience . Experience in Fats & Oils manufacturing will be an advantage. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct daily online quality control, including initial inspection of all production lines and ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures. Monitor staff compliance with GMP and hygiene requirements before production start-up and throughout the shift. Perform routine analysis and testing of incoming and outgoing tankers, storage tanks, line samples, and other required samples. Conduct all required final product and packed goods inspections at warehouse level before dispatch. Verify cold-room stock and monitor cold-room efficiency. Maintain and control documentation required for FSSC standards . Inspect incoming packaging materials and raw materials used in production. Ensure quality issues are identified, documented, and addressed promptly to maintain product safety and specification compliance.
