  Essential functions:

  • Microsoft Office technical support and deployment.
  • Multifunction Printers Software Support Logging of calls and escalating when required.
  • Telephone systems support Video Conferencing.
  • General Login and Password queries.
  • Desktop End User Support. Locally and Remote.
  • Setup and deployment of new machines as per Company Requirement.
  • General Office administration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Related Problems.
  • Mobile Phone Support and Deployment.
  • Disaster Recovery support(Symantec)
  • Active Directory general administration.
  • Windows Server troubleshooting.
  • Network troubleshooting.
  • Antivirus Administrator (ESET)
  • VPN/APN user support/installation
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting all IT systems at Head Office as well as remote sites.
  • Catering to Internal Customersâ?? IT needs and improving processes where possible.
  • Obtain and negotiate quotes, submitting to Stakeholders and purchasing/renting of Assets.
  • Internal technical support and escalation to relevant party as per Customer Requirements.
  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA N+

  Preferred Qualification:

  • MCDST ( Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)

  Experience required:

  • At least 6 years of experience
