Open Enrolment Program Manager- School of AI (SAI)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Open Enrolment Program Manager to join our team at the School of AI (SAI). As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of open enrolment programs related to sales.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales & Outreach

• Identify, engage, and convert corporate L&D, HR, and business leaders for bulk nominations into SAI’s open programs.
• Generate leads independently through personal networks, referrals, company & industry events, and thought-leadership forums.
• Drive bulk corporate enrolments (5–50 participants per client) across various program formats.
• Manage the sales funnel end-to-end — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-enrolment relationship.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets through structured outreach and pipeline management.

• Maintain accurate data on leads, prospects, conversions, and revenue performance in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Provide weekly and monthly dashboards, sales forecasts, and performance reports to management.
• Track event-to-enrolment conversions and optimize outreach effectiveness.

• 6–10 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience in corporate training, executive education, or EdTech, with a proven record of selling bulk nominations for open calendar programs.
• Strong CXO and L&D connects across industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and own closures end-to-end.
• Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Tech learning programs (preferred).

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Education Management (MBA preferred).
• Prior experience in executive education or corporate training sales is essential.
