POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities | Operations Accountant Job Description

Support daily operational finance and accounting activities
Assist with management accounts and reporting
Perform reconciliations and maintain financial data accuracy
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
Assist with audits, compliance, and internal controls
Work closely with operations to support business performance

Job Experience and Skills Required | Operations Accountant Requirements

Education

Newly qualified SAIPA – essential

Experience

No prior experience required (ideal for newly qualified candidates)

Skills

Strong numerical and analytical ability
Good Excel skills
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow in an operational environment

Language

Afrikaans-speaking candidates preferred (open to all)

Remuneration

R300,000 – R360,000 per annum
