POSITION INFO:
ð Operational Finance Manager ð
ð Location: Germiston, Gauteng
ð Industry: Construction Equipment
ð¼ Employment Type: Full-Time
ð° Annual Salary: R 1 000 000 – R 1 200 000

ð Key Responsibilities:

â Oversee the full accounting function – journals, income statements, and financial statements.
â Manage multi-entity environments, including inter-company loans and transactions.
â Handle month-end close processes with precision and compliance.
â Prepare and review project cash flow reports and manage operational finance for projects.
â Ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations.
â Manage controls, foreign payments, and Forex transactions.
â Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
â Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting standards.

ð Requirements:

ð BCom Accounting Degree & Honours (essential).
ð Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with exposure to multi-entity environments.
ð Strong background in construction, industrial equipment, or related industries.
ð¡ Proven experience in operational finance and project-based accounting.
ð Solid understanding of tax, VAT, and compliance requirements.
ð Experience with foreign payments and Forex transactions.
ð¥ Management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
ð Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
