POSITION INFO:
As an Operational Finance Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to guide a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly flash results.
Conduct GP analysis and present monthly management reports.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Approve credit notes and monitor cash flow.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.
Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Review payroll and analyze variances.
Manage cashbook and daily banking activities.
Implement annual rate reviews and increases.
Direct and supervise AR and AP functions.

Requirements

Bcom Honours with completed articles
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
Proven ability to drive strategic financial decisions.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
